1 litro de água
MODO DE PREPARO
Ferva a água com o gengibre.
Quando levantar fervura, adicione o limão, o açafrão, mexa, desligue o fogo e tampe a panela.
Espere dez minutos e acrescente o óleo de coco.
Tome três xícaras por dia.
Consuma por no máximo duas semanas.
Se quiser continuar tomando, dê uma pausa de uma semana e retome por mais duas.

1 grapefruit sliced.

DC Motor Speed Control using Chopper

1) DC Motor Speed Control using Chopper:
Description:

many different applications it is required to control speed of DC motor. Some of the examples are
· In treadmill machine it is required to vary the speed of motor that used to roll the belt
· The speed of DC motor used in railway engines (traction) has to be varied
· E-bikes, e-bicycles, e-scooters also runs on DC motor and to vary their speed it is required to control speed of DC motor
· DC motors are also used in portable sewing machine, drill machine etc, in which speed control of motor is provided for different operation
One of the popular methods of speed control of DC motor is using chopper. Chopper is a device that gives variable DC output from applied fixed DC input. It simply chops fixed DC and generates variable DC. Let us first understand how it generates variable DC. 

 
shown in figure the chopper supplies fixed DC voltage to motor. When chopper is ON motor gets supply but when chopper is off motor does not get the supply. So as shown in figure let us say chopper is on for Ton time and it is off for Toff time. So depending upon the Ton and Toff time the DC voltage applied to motor is
Vdc = [Ton / (Ton + Toff)] × Vfixed
But Ton + Toff = Ttotal
So Vdc = [Ton / Ttotal] × Vfixed
Here Ton / Ttotal is called duty cycle. So as duty cycle is more the average DC voltage supplied to motor is more and so speed of motor is increased. So as duty cycle is varied by varying on and off time of chopper, the speed of motor can be varied.
The given circuit demonstrates one of such chopper circuit using Zero Cross Detector (ZCD), timer IC NE555 and darlington amplifier TIP122 used as chopper device. The circuit chops rectified DC output and varies the speed of DC motor.

· 230V @ 50 Hz AC is applied at the primary of transformer T1 (0-12 VAC, 500 mA). It’s secondary is connected with AC input terminals of bridge rectifier BR1.
· Rectified output is given to base of transistor Q1 through voltage divider formed by resistors R1 (1K) & R2 (1K).
· Collector output of Q1 is fed to base of transistor Q2 through R4 (470Ω). Q1 and Q2 both are connected in switch configuration as shown.
· The output of Q2 is applied at the trigger input of NE555 chip U1. It is configured in monostable mode. Timing components RV1 (10K pot) and C1 (1 µF) decides width of output pulse
· Output of U1 is applied to base of darlington transistor TIP122 through current limiting resistor R6
· The DC motor is connected between rectified output and collector of TIP122. The emitter of TIP122 is connected to ground

3)  Circuit Operation:

us understand the circuit operation with the help of waveforms at different points A, B, C, D, E and F.  

 
Step down transformer T1 steps down 230 VAC into 12 VAC as shown as waveform 1 above figure at point A
· This AC input is given to bridge rectifier. Bridge rectifier will produce rectified DC output as shown in second waveform if above figure at point B
· This rectified output is given to base of transistor Q1. Because transistor Q1 is connected in switch configuration, when the input at the base becomes lower than 0.7 V it comes into cutoff and produces very short duration positive pulse at point ‘C’. That is shown as 3rd waveform in figure
· As this positive pulses are given to Q2 which is again connected in switch configuration, it will produce negative pulse at point ‘D’ of same width of positive pulse. This is shown as 4th waveform
· These negative pulses are applied to trigger input of NE555 chip connected in monostable mode. So it will generate high output every time when it gets this negative pulse. Its time period can be varied from 0 milisecond to max 10 milisecond using 10 K pot
· As per the waveforms given in below figure let us understand 2 different cases with pulse width of NE555 3 ms and 8 ms
· As shown a second waveform in above figure, the NE555 will generate high output when gets negative pulse at its trigger input. For first case the width of pulse is 3 ms
· Because this pulse is given to base input of TIP122, it is turned ON till pulse is high. When TIP122 is ON the motor gets chopped rectified output as shown in 3rd waveform in figure. Out of total 10 ms time, the motor gets DC waveform for 3 ms only
· So average voltage applied to DC motor is less (as shown in waveform) and its speed is also less. 

  
· As shown in 4th and 5th waveforms, now the time period (pulse width) of NE555 is increased to 8 ms. So the rectified output applied to DC motor is also more – means average voltage applied to motor is more and its speed is more
· Thus as time period (width of output pulse) of NE555 is varied from 0 ms to 10 ms, it gives chopped rectified DC wave to motor that will vary its speed from min to max.

INGREDIENTES:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 figos
  • 1/2 maçã
  • Açúcar mascavado e canela q.b.

PREPARAÇÃO:

  1. Lave e descasque a maçã e as bananas.
  2. Corte quadrados de papel vegetal e disponha sobre a bancada.
  3. Em cada um deles colocar a banana cortada às rodelas, a maçã em gomos, os figos e a canela.
  4. Colocar apenas uns grãos de açúcar e logo a seguir um pequeno fio de azeite. Este último vai dar sabor e fazer com que a fruta ganhe uma textura maravilhosa.
  5. Fechar o papelote e levar ao forno até que comecem a ficar castanhos.
  6. Sirva fechados no prato e deixem o aroma despertar o apetite em quem vai comer.

Truque: Pode adicionar uma colher de gelado de baunilha. O contraste entre o quente e frio é maravilhoso!

इजरायलको एक विश्वविद्यालयका अनुसन्धानकर्ताहरुले आलुबाट बत्ती बाल्न सकिने र यसले विश्वका गरिब गाउँ बस्तिलाई पनि उज्यालो बनाउन सकिने बताएका छन् । अनुसन्धानकर्ता मध्येका एक इजरायलको हिब्रु विश्वविद्यालयका अनुसन्धानकर्ता रोबिनोविचका अनुसार एउटा आलुबाट ४० दिनसम्म एउटा एलइडी बल्ब बाल्न सकिन्छ ।

Make your Wi-Fi faster – 5 ways

Tired of slow Wi-Fi? Fear not: Faster Wi-Fi speeds are possible, if you’re willing to work (and pay) for them.

Wi-Fi is a temperamental technology, and a simple oversight can negatively impact browsing speeds.

Unfortunately, changing your router’s settings is rarely fun. But many routers come with apps that take much of the head-scratching out of the process.

If you’re brave and determined enough, here are five tips to make your Wi-Fi faster.

1) Choose the right channel and frequency:

Did you know that your Wi-Fi router has channels? Sometimes, just changing the channel on your router can make a world of difference, particularly if you live in an apartment building with lots of interference from other Wi-Fi signals. Other technologies like cordless phones and microwaves can interfere with Wi-Fi as well.

Try channels 1, 6 or 11. If those don’t work, go to 2 or 10 next. Hunt and peck until you feel like your speeds are improving.

Modern Wi-Fi routers also broadcast in different frequencies: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Generally speaking, 2.4 GHz is better for bigger homes with multiple floors, because the signal travels farther and can more easily penetrate through walls. But for smaller rooms or homes, 5 GHz is the way to go: it offers much faster speeds, albeit in a shorter range.

2) Move your router to its ideal position:

Think high and centrally located. A tall shelf in the middle of a room is the best place for your router.

If your Wi-Fi router has antennas, and you need the signal to go through a wall, position the antennas in straight angles so they go right through the wall. Signals that travel through walls at an angle can severely reduce Wi-Fi speeds.

Also, it’s important to adapt to your surroundings — ceiling height, room size and certain building materials can adversely affect Wi-Fi speeds. Keep your router away from thick walls made of brick or concrete.

But the biggest enemies of Wi-Fi are water and windows. Nearby pipes and even plants (there’s water in all those leaves) can slow Wi-Fi to a crawl. Reflective surfaces can make Wi-Fi signals bounce at strange angles.

3) Make sure your router is secure:

Putting a password on your router or limiting which devices can access your network will keep Wi-Fi moochers from slowing down your network. Also, there are plenty of other good reasons to secure your router beyond faster Wi-Fi speeds.

4) Get a newer router:

Are you using the Wi-Fi router your cable company gave you? Did you buy your router during the Bush administration? You probably aren’t using the best technology.

New routers have smart technology that can send signals directly to devices (instead of beaming signals randomly around a room). They offer faster speeds, multiple frequencies, and smart home technologies that know which of your gazillion connected devices to give priority to (i.e. whatever device you’re streaming Netflix on).

5) Buy a network extender:

Cheaper than a new router, but still somewhat expensive, network extenders can boost a signal in those hard-to-reach corners of your home. You can even use some old routers as a network extender if you have one lying around.

Apple Peanut Butter Sandwich (Gluten-Free; Vegan)

Ingredients (always use organic ingredients when available) :

2 small apples (wash thoroughly)
¼ Cup Peanut Butter (or other nut butter)
1/8 Cup chopped pistachios
1 Tablespoon dried currants

Yield: 2 sandwiches

Directions:

1. You can use any sorta apple here. If I was making a bunch of these, I would probably mix it up for variety and you might want to adjust the ingredients accordingly. For example, with Granny Smith apples being so tart… maybe add in some organic white chocolate chips?

2. Trim the bottoms so the two apples sit flat and then cut them into three thick slices, leaving the top. Sure, you aren’t going to eat the stem but it’s so freaking pretty, leave it on! Mind you, if you are serving this much later than when you prepare them, coat the slices with a bit of lemon juice to prevent browning.

3. You are going to smear about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or other nut butter onto each slice. Add the chopped pistachios to the bottom layer.

4. Now continue with the currants.

5. Top it off with apple. Enjoy!

Grilled Avocados Filled with Blistered Tomato Salsa

Ingredients:

1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil plus more for the tomatoes
1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lime juice
3 avocados
Himalayan fine salt
Coarsely-ground black pepper
18 grape tomatoes
2 serrano chiles, stemmed, seeded and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons coarsely-chopped cilantro leaves
Sour cream (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the grill for direct grilling over a medium-hot fire.

Crush the garlic clove into a medium bowl. Add the oil and lime juice and whisk together. Halve and pit the avocados. Brush some of the oil mixture onto each half without letting any puddle in the hole where the pit was (we don’t want it dripping into the grill and causing flare-ups). Reserve the remaining liquid. Season the avocados liberally with salt and pepper.

Skewer the grape tomatoes and drizzle them with olive oil. Season with salt.

Place the avocados on the grill cut-side-down. Add the tomatoes alongside. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes, turning the tomatoes once. The avocados should be nicely marked and the skin on the tomatoes should be blistered. Remove everything from the grill.

Cut the tomatoes in halves or quarters. Add them to the liquid in the bowl. Fold in the chiles and cilantro to complete the blistered tomato salsa.

Spoon some of the salsa mixture into each avocado half and finish with a little salt. Garnish with dollops of sour cream (optional). Serve warm.
