Makes about 1 1/4 cups. Always use organic ingredients when available.
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or grapeseed oil
1 1/2 cup seedless grapes (red or green)
3/4 teaspoon fine Himalayan salt
1 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon leaves
Combine grapes, oil, salt and pepper in a blender. Blend until very smooth. Pour into a cup or small bowl and stir in tarragon.
