1.5 cups whole strawberries
1 cup blueberries
3/4 cup pomegranate seeds
2 peeled kiwis
1. Place all ingredients in a VitaMix blender or high-speed blender of your choice and blend, blend, blend until completely smooth!
2. Serve with optional kiwi, pomegranate, or grated raw coconut garnish or a spoonful of chia seeds for added omega-3 fatty acid, antioxidants, protein and fiber.
